Return & Replacement Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. But if something isn’t right, here’s what you need to know:

  • Return window: You can request a return within 3 days of delivery.
  • Return process: If the product is damaged, we offer a full refund or replacement.
  • For issues like size or color, we’re happy to replace your item with your preferred choice (subject to availability).
  • Return shipping is customer-handled. You’ll need to courier the product back to us.

Return Eligibility Criteria

To be accepted for return or replacement:

  • The product must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging (tags and polybags included).
  • Only products received in damaged condition are eligible for refund.
  • Used products, worn items, or those missing original packaging cannot be returned.
  • Flip-flops and clogs can be returned only if the exact delivered product is sent back in its original condition.
  • Watches are non-returnable unless received in a damaged state.
